Megan Evans Injured in Camden County Accident on Highway 5 at Pier 31 Road
Camden County, Missouri (December 9, 2018) – A Camdenton woman was injured Saturday evening in a collision that involved two vehicles in Camden County, the authorities reported.
The accident took place at about 5:45 p.m. December 8, on the Highway 5 southbound off Ramp to Pier 31 Road.
As per the report, Megan S. Evans, 27, of Camdenton was operating a a 2017 Honda Civic that was stopped at the intersection when he began moving forward then stopped again before entering the intersection. The Honda was struck in the rear by a 2009 Dodge Avenger, driven by Justin P. Kenniston, 17, of Camdenton.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Evans suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
According to the report, the two vehicles sustained minor damage and were both driven from the scene.
