Terry McDaniel Injured in Johnson County Accident on US-50 near 271 Road

Johnson County, Missouri (December 9, 2018) – One person was sent to a hospital after two vehicles collided Saturday evening in Johnson County, the MSHP reported.
The accident took place at about 4:50 p.m. December 8, on Eastbound US-50 west of Northwest 271 Road.
The report showed that the driver of a 2005 Mitsubishi Galant, Bobby D. Cheney, 36, of Warrensburg, was distracted by his cell phone and let his vehicle strike a 2011 BMW 5501, driven by Terry M. McDaniel, 55, of Mobile.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said McDaniel suffered minor injuries and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.
According to the report, the two vehicles sustained moderate damage and were both towed by Tip Top Tow.
